So ill start in a new server tomorrow and i want your help.Ill top up to VIP 4 but i dont know what is better to get from ultra hero.Dark Rukia or Hitsugaiya?

If your only topping up to vip 4 tomorrow you should be able to get both of them but do the right thing and try to focus on both pve (primarily) and pvp. You should also be able to pick them both up if you top up all in 1 shot. Unless your grabbing another partner or something else instead. Its not like it costs anything to get them from Ultra hero event anyway.

How can i get both of them though?VIP 4 is 2000 gold.So ill be able to only get one i think with 2000 points.Am i missing something?

Could of sworn vip 4 was like 4000 gold worth. Its been a very long time since i was vip 4.

Imo Zabimaru Renji would be the best one to get, if you aren't planning to top up anymore

Isnt D.Rukia one of the best fury boosters in the game though?

Drukia is quite useless without the correct Zanpakutu, the only difference between her and tavern one, is higher growth rates(not a lot imo) and she can wear S quality hogu. Downside is she doesnt have +20 initial from mod, which tavern one has and makes t1 business whole easier. On the other hand Zabimaru renji with 300% growth rate on skill will be pretty solid, you could keep him till 110 to replace him with Uryuu

idk about nanoa, but the rest seem good.
yumichka's zanpaukto isn't good for pve, but it does give supports speed and damage rate boost.
you want your rukia to go first, so she can give the buff to assualters.

lol your line up of characters seem familiar, are you in my server 231?

dark rukia's buff doesn't stack.Also you need sogyo to work with her properly.She is a better version of tavern rukia for sure and in all honestly if your able to t1 kisuke you only need 5 basic fury stones and 1 advanced one and just make sure kisuke attacks first.

thing long term dude. go for tosh... just look at his mod for god sake. he is a way better niotra and that last mod is sexy as fudge.(10% more than noitra)

plus, look at it this way. he gives 25% breaker defense. when you have enough point for shura ken in csb (he gives 75% brk def). you can get to higher waves in ryoka attack. even in pvp, he is awesome. -25% attack can make you live a bit longer to win.

Partners:
Zabimaru Renji: he only attack a single target but the is an assassin in early game.
Buff and all plus, better stats than tavern partners.
Dark Rukia: she is very good early game. i used for until around 80 or so. i replaced her with Jushiro since i had kisuke already for t1.
Jushiro seemed to increase dmg case of growth rate and beta stats.
Tshiro: Well he is a very useful tank. His skill is very useful and it reduces enemy assaulter and vang dmg which can be your ticket to victory.
Personally from using komamura and battling a Tshiro user, i would say komamura is tanky than him vey much so... but as i said tshiro skill its his usefulness.
Also to make tshiro very tanky you need to run a good zanpakuto or evo him high.
Shinji Hirako: I used him along with Drukia and he was my key to success. His skill is perfect for early game where he stopped stun and also aoe.
By the time you unlock Aoe for main you will have two aoe attacker(saved me many times.) he is also very fast. his evo is good. combo/speed/attack.

Zanpakuto:
hyro: Very good defensively for a vanguard intent formaton. but low speed and makes assaulter weak.
Speed is everything. this is only good if you already have a good formation and good support that cc or you have Stark.
Sogyo no kotowari: Very good. with him you can focus on him and while you fo fortify you don't need to change him out.
Very useful, with this zanpakuto you don't need kazashini as its good for every plus events.
great dmg boost for earlygame/lategame.
(also since you will do doing its fortification from the time you unlock it that will make you alot stronger than most that jump from one to another.)
