Hello im still trying to contact with gogames support but seems like they are just ignoring me for the last one year

This is must be a joke i gave 200$ to this game and their support center looks like pretty busy with ignoring their customers..

Well let me tell you the whole story

Firstly i know i should protected my account more than i did it was %50 my fault, i would be really happy if somebody can explain HOW THE HELL A STRANGER CAN CHANGE MY E-MAIL WITHOUT A VERIFYING MAIL

When a stranger receives our id and pw its enough to change e-mail gogames putted there a "forgot password" button i still dont understand why that option is still there, in other word if we lost our account we cant get it back because thief can change the accoun's e-mail so easily they dont need to know owner's e-mail informations so i cant use "forgot password" option because e-mail of account has been already changed by thief

I top-upped with no credit cards i used some of other payment method and i still remember their transaction number, these payment informations must be enough to get my account back but they are just ignoring me..

Sorry, but support is pretty much dead here.

you were either keylogged and/or attempting to cheat using some 3rd party software that promises gold/etc .

my advice: start over or move on, and whatever you decide run a malware/Trojan scan on your computer with: Malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.org/ and ESET, Free online virus scanner located here: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

Also don't go with simple, and easy to guess, passwords.. Like the most commonly used, and obvious: UN: Admin PW:Guest
Example, avoid using your birthday (which is probably posted on facebook), pets or favorite things listed like books, anime etc.

What the hell are you talking about? i didnt do that why i need to use cheat? i was 2nd on arena on my server and my guild was no1 so tell me u little genius why do i need to attempt use cheat?

Actually it was no keylogger or something like that i just trusted a guildie then just happened

oh, when you do make a new account, there are some people that go from server to server and just like to play with strong accounts, you should give them your info as well so they can run events for you and take care of stuff while your away!!

There was a dude like that on my server asking all the strong people (including me n someother that I know) if we wanted to share accounts since he wanted to play with strong players ~__~

After I checked the forum n saw posts of people getting scammed n shiet.. Welp, I just completly ignored him from that point onwards.
It takes a special bond/trust to EVER (-->IF<-- even then) share account information.

Tbh asdxax, tough luck, sorry about what happend but doubt anything could be done.. Gogames prolly wont answer, and if, it'll take some time..

P.S. doubt this is the only online game we've all played.. Runescape as an example, or almost any other game, show hints here n there (loading screen) that say "Do not share your account details" or.. "Our company would never ask you for your password" etc :p

Kind of sad now that I am getting higher level guys in my server asking to play with my account, some that I have talked to in chat and thought were dead on guys, but then I guess that was just part of them trying to steal my account. Also have a discovered a new thing that people will talk to me in the hope that they will get some gold.

Well maybe u guys probably right i shouldnt trusted people no matter who are they a guildie a friend or whatever..

Maybe "Trust" is my weak point but its kinda funny this company gaining lots of money, even more than mmorpg games and the company which even dont have a support system just ignoring people

u cant claim acco stolen if you hand password and account detail.... fyi.. acconame + password = u know pass you change email with current pass and when email is changed u change pass = you have 0 proof it was urs and say bb to your acco
