Yep, i always stack 70 and then use it... ive never got a single one, the other day i used 10 and in the 4th one i got my psy enchant

Well lets see....since the enchant stone is green , and also green is a metaphor for smelling like a behind that hasn't been wiped after a date with your toilet...I'm guessing if you don't shower for one day, use no deodorant or even brush your teeth , I'm sure you will get it after the first attempt. Try eating something with garlic too! That might add extra luck

N.B : This is a theory and has not been tested, let us know if it works

Just shy of 500 green stones.
It's pretty Fuarkin rare.

if you can't get it from the green stone, you can get a lesser version from white stones (+2 initial fury)

Its real but they just made the odds of getting it very very low. I've gotten the enchant numerous times but I think I have had better luck in that regard than most. :/
