Starrk is better than koma and is a better block tank than hollowed ichigo (once starrk skills) :/

I see nothing wrong with kazeshini with stark, I use zangetsu with him(basically an upgraded super kaze) and my stark just about rocks everyone(even those who have VG oriented zanpaktos). Of course he works best with certain Zan's but regardless of that if you build him right hes a GOD regardless

I disagree. More accurate statement "Starrk can be a decent vanguard regardless of the zanpacto" the way you said it will make others think, "If I get Starrk, I can stone him like Sajin, run him with Kazeshini, and I'll have a great vanguard!!" Which is not true. If you put Starrk with most zanpactos you will have to toughen him up greatly, great gear, hella stones, ect. otherwise he will fold like a wet napkin.

As long as he's in your formation he works

alot of people don't put him in the formation, it's why you see 'Starrk' lose at times

the thing with zangetsu, as one zanger to another

he boosts everyones dmg, plus he has 10% more hp, so it's much more acceptable to use zang then kaze

kazeshini doesnt have any extraordinary boosts to vg (neither does zang really) and he doesnt buff him at all

from a purely tanking point of view sure, but, Starrk has better base stats, growth rates, and regenerates health which can completely make up for the lowered defensive abilities.

koma with 11 evo got more block then 11 evo stark+ his buff from skill

I know from experience, if my opponent has stark, regardless of level, it's either a very hard fight, or a cake walk, not many in the middle. That tells me if you build him wrong, he's crap, if you build him right, he's amazing. Starrk is naturally squishy, nobody can argue with that, if you can't fix that flaw, don't get him. If you can fix that flaw, you have the building blocks for an amazing vang. Kaze does nothing but hurt Starrk. You can overcome that, but really, if you don't have the Zanpacto to help you out, H ichi is usually the better f2p choice IMO

I have a vang oriented team with my Hyorinmaru and Soph Rangiku in a 1-1-3 set up. working to change my dependence on my vang. I mention this to emphasize the fact that I know first hand what a great vang can do, and if your not willing to center your focus on a partner like Starrk, don't get him, he needs work, love, and attention (like Rangiku). If you don't give it to him, he's a liability.

soph of course even if she was your only event char if u make her def high enough and use her with retsu and joshiro you'll have your self a tough wall to break,unless someone is way superior in damage to you,while starrk is basically dumping the rest of your formation

really wanted to see the side by side difference in stats between the two. your kaze must be fortified severely hua? that speed difference is amazing. not proving a point to you per se, more to myself so I can speak from a place of knowledge, not just theory. thks mate, n yeah u guessed right kazy is fortifies a lot, was too far gone on kaze when hyorin came,

for now kaze is doing the trick n hyorin will show its full potential once better vg shows and swp aizen also i hope

yep specially on support and definitly on assault line where hyorin gives jackshiit to them wich becomes dangerous

hoyrin for now i use only in hollow map and csb dépends on the situation
