Dunno, when I had a top up problem they helped me after 1-2 days, slower than they should, but they still did. Now about your "lost" gold, you probably spent it somewhere without noticing, values dont vanish

How should I explain? Unless someone hacked into GG servers just to delete your gold, there is no absolute way that it dissapeared. Almost every vip has spent gold without noticing/wanting. You are free to feel frastruated for that as much as you want

Yeah ppl hack acc and use abit of your gold for fun instead of using it all, yeah i can be angry as much as i want, yeah alot of ppl lose gold is their fault.
