Should I replace Shinigami Yoruichi with Yama?

Was wondering if I should get Yama and use him for pvp and keep shini Yoruichi for hollow soul map.  Oh yea I should say what my team is.  I have shinigami Urahara, Tavern Urahara, Sajin, shinigami Yoruichi and my main.

Way i see it is, you need yama to clear the field with his first strike otherwise most occasions he doesn't live to tell that story twice! Well least from experiences with him. So if you think you have enough gear to deck him out to become a clean sweeper i guess so.

I have the level 100 ultimate set and decent stones, so with time I could make him strong.

Yea I think I will go for it, see how it goes.  Ulquiorra is still a great character.
