Next question, my rival in my server just got second to last mod on his vang, now he has a 20% chance to stun me when i attack... any ideas on how to deal with this? if i can stop the stun, i can win usually, but can't figure out how to not get stunned with whole team...

its a matter of luck and whatnot
the only other thing you could do is equip gold enchant stones with 8% stun immunity
use ukitake to prevent stuns on supports
use shinigami shinji to prevent stuns on assaulters
or level differences/gear equipped (accesories and whatnot) which reduces the rate that you get stunned at
as well as current rank like "2nd division lieutenant" and so forth
it will primarilly depend on your gear
