what MisterMusashi said, you cannot do any of that, which is very unfair as you generally dont' know the dominant clan untill you join one of the weaker ones.
Name change, will probably not happen for a while , many games similar to this have done it but only after a year or so after release.
So you best bet is to wait for a server merge, which may give you the dominant clan in another server
