i mean my friend says the is 100% useless. He think byakuya is best( which i also think). I dont know since i am not even lv 70. I had plans for him because many people said he is the best f2p assulter so can you tell me which character is better.

neither,  Ikkaku is best in 80 tavern assaulter line up...   Tousen is better than byaukua in some cases,  byaukua is better in others...   Ikkaku destroys both, and most others for that matter, in pve, and he's good in pvp as well (the developers must have had a thing for his shinny head or something)
pve is your bread and butter, no question.  I make over $20 worth of stones a day from Ryoka alone,  not to mention the 10 to 19M silver, 3k -10k souls, and the boat load of epic material chests...   your still a long way from that, but imagine if you could kill the first 4 waves of ryoka in one hit before anyone else did...  you would make probably 14 kills in the first 7 mins...   after that your still doing massive damage to them, causing you to make roughly 10 to 12 more kills throughout ryoka...   say you get 6- 10 level 3 stones a day for free...   yeah,  ikkaku is your man  Kieske is another one you want bad...   Ikkaku, renji (or SWP grim if you want to be a boss), Kieske, Rukia, Main with 5th or 9th skill...   bump your reiatsu up to 35, get Zabimaru...  You will be a bad ass for sure bro...  just my 2 cents   but for tousen being best f2p assaulter in game...   yeah,  not really,  not even close IMO.  Besides, if you want to rule in pvp you don't need better assaulters,  you need supports...  blistering fast control supports to be exact...  if your serious about pvp,  by level 85 you need both Yourichi and Harribel, both well over 50k speed...  if your opponents live in control, they can't attack...if they can't attack, they can't hurt you, then you use whoever the hell you want to pick them to pieces...  another good use for Ikkaku as he will kill off that vanguard quick, then start to hack and slash at the rest of them.

ikkaku, for sure.  he'll make you more silver and xp and get you more stones then both tosen and byakuya combined, which means you'll get stronger faster.  he's a pve god.

yup.  you can worry about pvp partners later because you'll need to ikkaku/ urahara to earn you every single piece of silver you can get your hands on.

tousen is the best pvp partner in the whole tavern ... and if u feel like arguing with me then start a f2p account and get him and see for your self ...
without him i wouldn't be able to be players with isshin/sexy yoru and such ......... he is an end game partner for me .. unless i change him with some other ubp char .. plus i have both tousen and bykuya as assaulter and tousen is 500% much better than byukuya

I shut down tousen with my supports...   I run Hyorin, so I may be biased, but endgame tavern assaulters are kind of a joke imo...   I mean, tousen is a great assaulter,  but tavern Gin destroys him all day every day.  Tavern Aizen destroys supports...  in the game of PVP, control is king...  granted, speed is the key in control, and T1 fast control supports are devastating to everyone in pvp...  if you have a counter for a fast control support, let me know

between tosen and byakuya def gt tosen out of those 2 his growth stats are higher,he can easily outspeed byakuya bc of his agi/speed mod,he can weaken middle by 50% bc of him I hv been able to beat vips 4-6 and im a vip 0 lol.

did you read the part where i said best f2p XD
but then again it all depends on speed so you can't tell who is better . if tosen was faster than your opponents AoE hitter then it's more likely that everyone in ur team will survive and destroy the opponents .
..speed is the judge here

with good tavern control, and a strong kaze, you can easily shut down tosen...   He's a great partner,  just by no means the best F2P assaulter...   thinking of a certain Quincy that blows him away   XD

Kaname is a fucking god, being able to remove dmg from enemy assulter is so OP. If he got good speed, he will be able to make enemy assulter deal no dmg to your team, its really good when enemy main got attack all enemy ability. Yes, Ikkaku is good in both PvP and PvE, but in PvP, Kaname wins everyday.

that's fine, but PVE is what wins overall.  tosen is probably the best pvp assaulter in the tavern, but ikkaku will make you much stronger in the long run.

thats what i am talking about. Someone in my support appears. I was thinking like if he decreases the attack 50 % its like decreasing bp 50000 or even 100000.if i use him then its really badluck for guys who use 1-3-1 formation which is common nowadays( 1-2-2 is really common but now i see guys who use 1-3-1 formation more frequently. maybe they just relay on attack.) especially in my server so i was thinking first get him. if i cant make him the fastest then i am at my limit. i just have to decease their speed using byakuya

he is really good but i am gonna get grimmy soon(i only need 15 coupons and i am still lv 61 ). that is lv 80 to get ikkaku.

I play with Kaname at the moment and i can't complain, he's the very best for pvp. Ikkaku is very best you can get for pve. So do what i did and get them both. it will be hard but it's forth it.

P.S. get ikkaku first, than Kaname

kenpachi is a good 2nd assaulter for pve, but he is still outclassed by ikkaku.  ikkaku's fury regen just makes him the superior partner out of the two.

but using both in Ryoka will help you get further...  after wave 50 their attack power starts to skyrocket...  if your assaulters have more def, you can keep out your vang longer, one hit longer, get more rewards...

Complex but alright and you won against a paid player nyc.
thou your hirako is soft but was alright...

and tosen really saved the team but then byakuya doesnt really fit in... and his attk was weak and no low hit stones. but was alright.
i would advice thou since you are f2p you need a control team.

i wanted him to take out support since i am a kido and i can't 1 shot sup while bya can do that ( in my server)
and again my hirako was the reason i won with his block dmg .-.
and true he is a bit soft he need some punishment

ikkaku is much easier to make fury every turn is why he is regarded as better by several people...  Zabimaru Renji (not swp renji), sexy yourichi, and 2 fury building supports...   that my friend is pve gold, lol  but ikkaku and SWP Grim can replace zabi and sexy with results that aren't quite as nice, but a very good replacement for vip1s

ikkaku furry bringing is useless
very much so...
my furry generating support is faster and every turn give at least 25 alright.... so
normal partnerafter skill)25(furry partner)+ 50 (per hit) + 25(second round)= 100
with ikkaku ability even does he does  very thing it would be:
ikkakunew round after skill) 25(ikkaku skill)+25(furry partner)+ 50(per hit)
+25 (furry partner) = 125
125(useless)

am i wrong  at the end you end up with 125  furry by the time hw wants to skill again and that useless, very much so...
but kenpachi without the useless 25 extra, plus better stat, growth rate, damge rate, -crt  thou (lower crt but works arounds with mod and evo)

Ultimate aizen is gold... far beta than having shinigami urahara and can void assaulter, and hving noza too is good his a red class SS rated and has impressive attk power which makes his counter hurt, alot...
so you still need those two to be a god in the arena.... dnt fall behind.
