I am vip4, lvl 89.My team now is Main(quincy), ikkaku(will be changed for ulquiorra), yoruichi, ukitake(will be changed with unohana) and sajin.
I want to make offensive vanguard set and use stark. Now my zanpakuto is kazeshini, but if in ubp we will get senbon or other zanpakuto with help for vanguard, I will take it(have 3,6k vit now). How I can make good offensive vanguard set and will it work for me withbout hyorin or senbon(at leas until they will show up in ubp)?

hyorin is super cheap, and with an offensive vang, your only excuses to not get him is the terrible thing he does to your assaulters, and that your f2p, as during guild hero you top up $70 and you get him for free...
that being said, he is the best offensive vang in the f2p category... however, that being said, during guild hero, if you top up $50, you get toshi for free, who is slightly better IMO, and then in the low VIP range is Soph Rangiku... she is a god IMO... but as a VIP4, you will need to completely focus on your Starrk, best equipment, stones, and max evo/modify to make him truly great... especially with kazeshini as your zanpacto...

For Starrk you may use Tengen Myo'o and he will be good.
You want to see some good Starrk come to eu server 1
I'm vip 8 with Starrk, but in other good player i think vip 4 with Starrk and engen Myo'o
Look on Omega, Foxxy and White Joker Starrk

Just being honest, you won't have a level 100 tavern partner that is the best partner in the game... that's just common sense... Starrk is Squishy. You overcome that, he's viable... you put him with a zanpacto that doesn't nerf him like crap... even more viable... ultimate equipment, level 7+ stones, good/great zanpacto... he ramps up nicely. see what I'm getting at here? You want a good Starrk, you will have to do more than just get him and put him in.. but that's with any partner you pick. you put in a mugetsu and build him like sajin, you have a shiny turd... just sayin

the first rule of using stark is questioning how much you want to sink into the game. at vip 4, i'd say think of something better. stark can be very, very good, but most starks are very, very bad. he'll only find success against those much weaker than him if you don't give him the proper care. if you don't have hyorin or better, you're better off with a different vanguard.

That's because they don't put their Starrk in formation

forgetting something so huge is a sin, but they own him, which is fine, they just forget simple things, leave them be <3
