ok I see a lv60 barlog set normal price is 1k, the current price is 900.

current discount 90%
discount price 50%

when I click refresh discount it says 400.

am I paying 400 gold to refresh the discount then paying the amount to get it as well? that seems like it would be more than 900 -.- ( I don't plan on getting it, I just wanted to use it as an example,) I thought this event was simple, now its not :/

yes. the 400 is just for the refresh. the whole event is a joke unless you get lucky.

The only way to make this event any good honestly if they would lower the refresh to a standard roll price of 150g or something low around that to counter the smaller items... Like maybe Re roll for Box 1 be 50g and it only have the lower costing gold items on it... and then 2nd box be like 150g roll and it have the little bit more expensive items in it.. and so on...

It's good for the items that cost like 6k to 20k range and you roll a really good % off say 60% then it would be worth it. But honestly the whole event is rigged I wrote down every refresh for a whole 2 days... and I refreshed to the same % off WAAAAY to many times! so... yeah its a setup for a money sink with that refresh... I hear it has even rolled it to a higher % not lower when refreshing the discount! LMAO could you imagine? I would be so mad!
