Seireitei attack. special attack vs normal attack?

Normal attacks used in few cases tho... Do some math there

dont waste ur vit on special attacks just stack on the normal ones

Math is important. If something has 90 health, it is better to get 2 specials at 40 vit for 90 damage, then 5 normals at 50 vit for 100 damage.

so if his hp is like 30. it wont carry on. the whole special/normal attack will be consumed?

yes just hover your mouse over their hp to see exactly how much u need
