okay, so i've been a big fan of Isshin, but with his newest change (fix, whatever) I have lost a lot of my love for him... in pvp anyway... yama is good, and is same price in limited lease, however i'd still have to pay for isshin as pve is where the best goodies are at...
Should i ride it out with Isshin and wait for his un nerf (Which i feel is about as likely as getting senbon on UBP)
or bite the bullet and look for someone better (shini kensei is who i'd look at first)

man , i dropped from ussually second or sometimes first in ryoka, to 5th.... last 3-4 days i can finally beat my 2 nemisis, that they nerf Ishin, i dont care if it was written 30% , than they should fix it when the issue arose, just like when dark rukia was creating mad damage , for assaulters. That was fixed very quick. But 2 get back 2 your question , my answer is , ehh i dont freaking know, 2 depressed 2 give a honest answer ...

You see, from my wave hit (another account lol) I went down 3 waves, from 63 to 60 in Ryoka, which is quite heavy in terms of damage

And in PVP, hell even worse! I went from being able to defeat 2 certain opponents 100% of the time, to now well, almost below 50%!
The change is insane, and has become fixed, so you should indeed take note and now compare Isshin by stats as such

As Bwg said, and excluding the factor of me dick-riding Kensei, you should definitely go for him, whether it's to replace Isshin for PVP or PVE, he's going to be your partner to help out better.

Also about his 'un-nerf', if anything that is most likely to happen, going back to his original way of how we was released like in CN, as CN also have it as 35% actual combo rate, so take note of that ^^

Yes and as Zento said, Kensei combo rate is 30% but a red partner with an AOE pvp ability. He does have a combo boost by 10%. He is slower than isshin so don't expect that to be an upgrade.

kensei's biggest draw for me was the 100 fury gain, and his disarm/silence all thing
mix that with his insane power...
only big question about him... is he really as squishy against kido as he looks like he would be?

You don't need to worry about the defences

they made it weak for a reason; if his enemies were to ever somehow attack Kensei after coming out of an every round silence/disarm, then yeah, they're allowed to deal high damage to him, else it'd be unfair

that low Wisdom is there to stop him from being op, but now that he's been buffed in chances of Disarm + Silence, there is no need for defence workings as long as he's your fastest ^^

but yeah, that's probably what my broke self is gonna do... rented yama for a day yesterday to see if I wanted to make the swap... remembered yama blows in pve compared to even this isshin... found out nobody I have needs him for bond... dismissed with sadness

would white ichi be a good replacement for Ishin , i mean his attack all 180%, decrease enemies attack by 15% , and increase own assaulters attack by 25%, should be able to bring back the the loss of ishin now going 30% combo ???? what you guys think.

Probably not.. Wichigo was always overrated and probably still is

between zabimaru and main with 9th skill, ichi's attack buff would overwrite something or be overwritten probably... his damage % is 10 less than isshin's, and he's way out of my price range, lol
if anything, replacing my third assaulter with kensei would be nice, wonder if combo % stack... 65% is better than what I'm at now!!

am i correct that white ichi costs 11500 gold in turntable, or is my math worse than i thought ..lolzz
8000 points needed , 735 gold for 510 points. 8000/510 is about 15.68. x 735 = 11525 ??????

that was my math too... but don't forget that now we get 50% bonus on gold we purchase!! however... they have better partners on that... B renji is a beast in pve, they have hikifune which I hear is amazing almost everywhere... a T1 Shini Kensei that is fast would be a tough one to beat... go for white ichi if you want to... just I've only met like 3 people happy with that purchase...

man this ishin nerf/correction , has hit me hard. But i should not spend to correct it, i mean thats what gogames wants me 2 do ..... time 2 swallow my pride and get used 2 be lower top 8...

Honestly, do you NEED a combo setup for pvp? If not there's just so many other options out there you can use. I'm one of those people that believe there's no need to buy a partner when there's so many free options out there that are just amazing like Csb Byakuya but other than him? Yama? Kensei? Honestly before this update came about I replaced Isshin with Csb Byakuya and I haven't regretted a moment of it. I could of bought kensei but I had already got Hikifune who just seems to work so much better for me :/ but yea. Only big draw back I see right now is in PVE , I'm not sure yet who to replace isshin with in pve that's my difficulty right now.

yeah, I was considering replacing him in pvp anyway,  running hyorin I'm looking to move to a 1-1-3 setup, and this is pushing me harder in that direction...
in pve... well my computer/internet is my weak link there,  and isshin is still plenty good to make my pve team

btw,  pvp...  1-1-3,  soph rang, main, shini kieske, tavern gin(to be replaced with D toshi when I make the upgrade)  thinking of hikifune or jushiro...  I already have jushiro, and the protection he provides for my back row, plus the fact he's not level 1, lol, is something I'm really looking at lately. my level is 103, any ideas?  the ones I have that may work here... D rukia, tavern kieske, jushiro, tavern yourichi, got a smart nanao I can re-rent,  would be easier now that we get that 50% rebate, tavern partners are not a problem to get,  just a week or so to get them...  of course I'd like to take my shinzo from the bench, but at $20 a week just for him... ugh...  that's a little steep at this point
