I can't submit a support ticket . I am currently playing bleach on facebook . I am new to server 36 and i don't have the option to recruit ichigo and get gegetsuburi zanpaktu ?? It would not let me link my account with go game when i signed in with my facebook account on gogames please help mod or customer support .

If it is an old server then you won't get the 7 day reward it has to be a new server for you to get that.
