Get rei to 35 or 41, (40 for Hogyoku-kai, 41 for golden reiatsu :p)

Fortify weps/boots first, then Kido/Belt imo for everyone, thank tanks Helm/Chest then everyone else's.

Can't agree more, reiatsu is a must specially in Arena battles butt also in protect seireitei

Other quest needs Battle power most so fortification is needed but don't spend it on all gears, weapons shoes belts are a must.

Also do not forget to invest in spirit stones if you have gold

Upgrading every piece of armor gear on your main and vanguard is a must tho, don't listen to anyone who says otherwise.

Selling skill scrolls, jigokucho, selling bikini, ultimate weapon library, you can trade fragments for silver...

I personally fortify my stuff before I even want to put in Reiatsu. I just use Reiatsu a couple of times when I either have enough silver to spend some or have some refining pills. but keeping my gear updated has first priority.

I think it's black past like 71 or 81 from CN I've seen.
