Haha Nibs did give you right answers.

Just avoid using Vit and continue to do all your dailies and you will begin to see your vit go above the limit. Do the 4th girl for beauty games etc and if you're any vip level you can buy vit with coupons daily too.

It takes a long time though and will stunt your growth in other areas.

Yes. The 3 every 30 mins will stop. Thus the difficulty and sacrifice when it comes to saving vit.
