Well he actually does what a VG should do lol besides he has like 2 HP bonds and hp mods lol
on top of that your partners can survive with the 200% defence for the round with a 20% heal

Ichibe is great choyse if you want more defensive vanguard,but if you want to make your vanguard no1 dmg doer, get TSI or D.Ichigo(not sure who is better, I won't get any of them so don't have reason to think about it).

I suppose getting/not getting him depends on your situation.

If you have TSI/Demon Ichigo and/or already have nothing to fear on your server or CSB, then I don't think you need him.

However, all-in-all, he's a good addition to Hikifune (imo) and the 12000G price tag is OK in comparsion. Especially in HMA Hikifune+Ichibei are a good combo.

The higher number your server, probably the higher number your starting CSB realm number is. However, you can be merged with lower number CSB's. It seems to be an almost arbitrary decision on when CSB merges happen (don't know how they decide), but it seems like they often have to be with neighboring servers.

A whole bunch of CSB's were merged into one not too long ago ranging from servers in the 100's to servers in the 200's. However, there were still some in-between servers that didn't join us for whatever reason. That's the largest CSB merge I know of so far, anyway, and it seems like somewhat of an exception from the norm that was established up to then.
