Above 90% cap stats

just something i wanna check
say if i have 150% crit, enemy has 90% counter
will my actual crit rate be 60% or 0% in pvp

you will have the 60% chance in pvp for sure

same way if some one has dodge at 100% and you got 200%+ hit rate you'l always ve 100%+ chance to hit

that's what i observed while fighting against monsters with 102% counter and 101% dodge on my server
