yeap in terms of dmg you are behind cuz he has freaking crazy def on muge and if you cant kill him in 1 round then you lose which means hifi skill is the only thing stands between you and his muge from tearing your plan apart thanks to his supp silence

Unless Chinen actually wants to do what Bwg is doing and focus his speed on his Hiki, then sure, Chinen can win any day, it's just he's wanting his partners to be like 400k minimum on everyone
