1: if i am lvl 90 how i forge lvl 70 weapons with knowing i have not lvl 70 box for forge?
2: is there any event for below lvl 100 event gear for free?

I didn't fully understand the first one. And as for the second one, there's no lvl 90 gear that you can even buy now, unless it's some crapy event like giftbox etc.

for forging any lvl gear u need 2 thing first that stone which can be captured in storyline 2nd is its lvl box right? so i have that stones for lower lvl but not its boxes

For the stones only way is by getting it through world map using vit on the lvl 70-79 battles

So you'd like to know if there is a way to forge equip. whitout stones for that particular lvl. and if there is a way to use common material chest for lower lvl stones.
When you pass a certain lvl and try to use common material chest you'll get stones for the lvl that your on. You should have planned that ahead and saved some stones. There's no way in obtaining them now unless it's tru storyline. There's no lvl 50 box or 70, all the same, it depend's on your main's lvl. Sorry to dissapoint you dog. Hope you figure it out

50-59 battles. the stones you gather don't go away as a drop reward just because you are higher level.
