Tenjiro attacks 2 random targets for 200% dama.e Tenjiro debuffs with chaos on 2 random targets ( can be different from the 2 attacked ). Tenjiro can cast Burn on 2 random targets ( can be different from attack targets and chaos targets ).

Ok so let's say it gets casted on someone with 100 fury, will they skill and hit themselves or just be a basic attack?

Yeah the random debuffs are actually a huge positive for him. Normally, if you killed the targets the debuffs would be wasted. Now you can kill the targets and get debuffs on different targets.

Sometimes you will debuff a target you kill though, so it doesn't always go to someone else, but it is very good.
