Hello everyone! And special Hello to GoGames Staff!

Lately, there was pretty much different troubles with our Bleach version and total lack of information and time frames from GoGames. And it's no good.
We, customers, pay for the service You provide, and we want some feedback when something goes wrong with it.
Here is short list of "wrong things" over the last couple of weeks:

1. Bugs with Agent of Shinigami (2nd Conquest map):
  a: Wins counts as loses every 2-3 days
  b: Strange drop rate
2. Halloween Maintance - those who Topped Up right after Reio started, got their Event Points resetted.
3. Not all Shinigami Agent Welfare functions are working properly
4. Unexpected maintance to fix Battle bug - I personally lost 5 minutes of Ryoka, whole Protect, all 13 Battle chances and CSB challange chances because of it.
5. Bugged Tenjiro Kirinji Evolution - there was no way to check evo before buying it and everyone got cat in the bag from You!
6. Some rewards from Shinigami Agent Welfare are broken: red reishi, golden reishi, hollow spirits.

I suppose, You, GoGames Staff, should provide Us, customers, at least one of these:

1. Some information about things that are broken in your service and some time frames of fixes.

2. Compensation for unexpected maintance and fact that you regularly add broken content.

So everyone, show your opinion on this topic! We must change GoGames attitude towards us!

P.S.: Sorry for my bad English, it's not my native and I have no regular practice in it (except for chatting in mmos).

yeah, they need to start giving more fucks but as i once said before
when it comes to gogames  it's baby steps
fix bugs and them start caring about the players
baby steps, a dead baby's steps so it might take a while

3+6. It's been less than 24 hours since the shini agent was added.. give them some time to record, fix bugs and implement new features that are not out yet.

Has anyone ever got a drop? Over 25 active people on my server and noone has gotten one so far. I have read some claims that people got, but never seen a pic

5 people on my server farmed for a week. It's 500 completed stages. 0 drops. More than 10 threads, claiming that no one got drops. Proof or it's a bug.

My tits are calm XD And I'm not calling him a liar. It's 3rd time I see someone posting "people got drops, posted pics", but whole week I look into every topic about AoS. And you know, I haven't seen any screenshot with drop.
So I want some proof of such statement. Either from GoGames or from a player with screenshot.

Hey its support, we a bit busy with counting all the money we received from selling you this cheap as water bucket guy, he was a failed one anyway so we sold you him for half cheap, and you still bought him. We'll nerf him later. And bugs? You fix them, we don't have time.

on a side note,  GoGames,  everyone on US servers at least got screwed over by your unscheduled maintaince, and I'd like some recompense for that.  Not nearly everyone that could have exploited your bug you left in...  in fact I know I got fucked out of my Ryoka rewards, an ABB and PS,  not sure if it was open for PS, but it was down for maintaince so long I just went to bed...  What will be done about you screwing over your players...

yeah they care for money only , but at least they gave you the fastest partner in game , awesome features , awesome stuffs , his 1st  mod and part of his 2nd , daily/weekly gifts for 1.8k , so far from what i have seen it is far more generous than UN ...

I don't get why people always find a reason to complain. I don't remember seeing a 100% up time promise on the user agreement, especially if they are doing maintenance. After all, all people got kicked to fix a bug, so why the drama?

Funny thing is I remember when bwg showed us the video of his ES when he bought Kensei, I don't remember seeing people saying "omg delete his silver, because it was obtained from a buggy skill". I remember seeing stuff like "cool, what's the cheaper price to get him?What's the best even?" Suddenly people are butthurt cause of a bug that lasted for a day, amazing.

Thanks for the post, i would personally like to see information on updates, bugs and time frame for fixing them, compensation would be nice but at the very least they need to just fix these issues and provide us with info. Info on future updates would be nice to but i imagine they don't know until it's released elsewhere?

Saying as it is something that we spent gold on and it is still not working properly we should get some compensation.  If it was just a free update to the game then I would not mind, but I paid good money for this new feature.

I agree about the drop rate for Conquest of Might, I've actually given it up because it seems like a waste of time right now. I've gotten all my lil evolution things green but apparently I can't do anything more until I have the other drop items and they ain't dropping....
