Hi all, first time poster, be gentle

Aside form getting stronger which I suppose we are all trying to do (some like myself a little less successfully), are there any strategies or areas I should focus on to defeat opponents with incredibly strong VGs?

Currently in CSB I am up against a Sophisticated Rengiku that I simply cannot defeat. I wipe the rest of the team and am left with this monster every time.
I cannot use another skill besides 10 as they have a Shinso Gin that wrecks me if I do not first round him.

My formation is:
VG - H. Ichigo
Ass - Main, Isshin and Sexy Yoruichi
Supp - Urahara

Should I focus my stones onto 1 or 2 damage dealers as I fear this is why I cannot break her defense.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

switch to any stunner you might stun her/ reduce her fury and you could win, switch out the char you need less and go for gin or Aizen

Hm... I think the best solution for you would be a 2nd supporter, because you currently have 4 STR chars and cant switch VG for Assault for PvE and Kisuke isn't that much of a dmg dealer at that level.

Obvious suggestion atm is Tenjiro... even with bad stones his DoT would most likely do the job.

I picked up the new Red Supporter from Shingami Agent and see he has a chance to Ignite. Will try raising him up and giving it a go.

Kirinji, gin or aizen(tavern aizen or cbs aizen or swp aizen) i guess white ichigo would do and i'd say go for ichibe. or what you can do instead of aizen or gin just go for oetsu. that mutilate part of his skill should do the trick.

You need more atk/ matk by more str/ wis, patk%, matk% or dmg% since u dont do her any dmg at all. When this rangiku can def all ur attacks without getting any dmg, she has too much def/ mdef or immunity in relation to ur offensive stats. Stunning her wont bring u anything. Other chance would be to reduce her def/mdef.

Get all level 12 stones on all characters and get all red hogyoku to level 50

oh i just noticed that i'm in your csb group lol, fuji has a nasty vanguard
and BTW to make things work He has Ichibe LOLS who is more tank but hr's leveling him up

i can post his Vg status if you want

well, you were a bit lucky there but your win won't last for long when he switches to ichibe and tenji plus sexy yoruichi is doing nothing besides some extra fury man you could have switched her out with gin/Aizen to stun hr and gave the stones you have to her to you mainhere's his S.rangiku's status if you need [attach]9887[/attach]

Hehe, not had a chance to yet, but get the feeling that your Shinso is going to be a 1st Round monster?

Should be challenging you soon though now that I can pass Fuji.

At least she has no scary blockrate, which make´s vg´s really annoying.

If he is moving that gear over to an Ichibe at some point will be very unlikely that I get through it without a massive change.
