sry i hvnt beaten espada 4 without vip ever before so i dont know how to beat him for non vip ik the bp is near 200k for vip

You need to have bp around 205k +/- and komamura as tank.

A guy in my server told me to face Espada 4 (Ulquiorra) with Renji (for the physical damage). Well, my Renji was weak as hell against him... so I succeeded defeating him with my main, 168 BP at that moment.
My char is Wisdom based, first at all, you need to be faster than him (more than 17k speed). A good hit rate is helpful too (because he dodges A LOT). I used my 9th skill (for the damage buff).
Komamura is a must. Really.

I beaten Espada 4 without needing to get Komamura as I got Yoruichi first. you just need to have high damage and agi to beat him or just a bit of dumb luck on him and I did this as a Non VIP. I believe I was around 150-170k when I beat him
