Who is worth getting in the ultra hero event?

hyorin is really good. zabimaru is a good pve partner/ shini yoruichi is pretty good too.

hyorin, shini yoru and shini uruhara.  Those 3 to me are the best to get there.  Toshiro is good too, if you're low level, that is, under level 100.

i was thinking to go for hyorin but if i can get zangetsu in ubp then who to get?
also how much will zangetsu cost?

if ur gonna get zangetsu. im not sure how much he costs, but then u need to decide whether you want pve partners or pvp. zabimaru/dark rukia r good pve partners. shini yoruichi and uruhara r better pvp partners

determining gold through vit is quite hard, I would honestly say wait till Anniversary feast to buy Zangetsu my friend ^^ that way you can buy him and stones for same price, a much better upgrade

just focus on ultra hero here on those partners/zanpakuto's there ^^

Yeah never use gold to buy something through UBP. The only reason that's really there is so if you're close but didn't quite have enough vit you can buy the last few points.

How much vit do you have right now? Also, even if you do get zangetsu it's still good to get hyorin. They accomplish VERY different jobs.

i have about 1000vit and some saved chances for vit game.
so should i get hyorin and then save gold for whenever the aniversarry event comes or get a partner?

That event comes quire frequently due to the amount of people that spend gold during it, so hope to see it soon ^^

As for the VG question, Toshiro is better, however he isn't worth buying, you can easily stick with Sajin till lvl 110 till Hollow Ichigo or lvl 100 for Starrk, bot being better than Sajin, whilst Sajin is also free, so take that into consideration ^^

The difference between Toshiro and Sajin isn't that huge, Toshiro is also more focused on destroying the enemy vanguard too; he isn't the most defensive you'll see, go for Sajin my friend ^^

Yes I'd definitely get hyorin in your case and save the gold for anniversary later. Also if you have points left over for one of the partners I'd suggest either shini urahara for PvP Purposes or D Rukia for the PvE purposes

Personally, I'd go for Hyorin+Toshiro, it's quite a nasty combination imo.

everyone in Ultra Hero is better than tavern partners...  if I had to put the first 4 in tavern aspects, they would be probably 120 or 130.  nice to get as a free bonus, but I wouldn't spend $$$ on them...   Hyorin and Sogyo are  both very good in their places...   both shinis are of course awesome and in my opinion on par with Yama or Isshin.  Shini Kieske is my favorate of the 2 as he's blistering fast and shuts down 90% of control parties as he 100% chance shuts down supports and is basicly as fast as shinso gin, and has a decently hard hit so he's not wasted in events either.  shini yourichi on the other hand, (I dont' have her so I have a different perspective) can make a much weaker team than me win the fight sometimes...  her invincibility can be a serious bitch to deal with

the first 4 are definitely not better than tavern partners for end-game, only exception is D.Rukia, the rest are not tavern partner equivalent, the next 4 is where it's at

okay, lets break them down...  Shinji Hirrako is faster then every tavern partner to date (scour the forums, it's proven)... and hits all harder than any other all hitter, further lowering speed of opponets and gets a zanpacto bonus from Kaze, which is a big deal for some.  Zabi Renji is the love child of Kenpachi and Ikkaku, who both are praised for being the best tavern partners in PVE. and Toshi...   well with Hyorin Toshi is slghtly better than tavern vangs anyway as his attack is insanely strong...  too squishy without Hyorin IMO.  plus you can get them all when your main is at level 1, which HAS to count for something, right?    but yeah, the last 4 are without question end game partners for mid VIP players,  in the right place, they can currently compete with the more expensive ones too (most of them anyway)

You see, the first 4 get replaced by partners you can get for free, 1 way or the other, Tosh is possibly the worst money grabs you can do, as he is easily replaced by a better VG like Starrk, or simply don't pay money and have the slightest weaker Saijin

The 2 assaulters there are to NOT be considered, ever. There's a reason people don't have them, I mean, the only reason why I even see people have Shinji is due to how his skill looks, even with all those bonuses it's not worth something you can trade in for free. People look at stats, not just a skill, sure he's fast at base, but his mods is less and will take a long time since he's an event character, compared to a tavern with higher % in their mods, and quicker to get

first 4 are just terrible overall, even if you are new, just wait

okay,  lets put it this way...  today i tried something,  when i pulled my isshin for Zabimaru, i gained 2.2M damage per hit. so in events (where he was made for) Zabimaru is a good option.  he has Kenny's damage, and ikkaku's fury regen. mix that with less than terrible stats and you have a good option.  not the best, but a good one.  as for shinji,  TBH i don't have him and only seen 2 on server, but i've seen a lot of people say he is blistering fast, so I'd call that a + for him.  As for Toshi, I have seen first hand several that are very good.  I haven't hit on D Rukia because you have agreed that she is very decent.
Are they outstanding partners?  No, not really
For a low VIP (4 to 6) are they viable options?  Hell yes
Would I spend money to buy them? (spending the gold, not a freebe for the top up)  No,  probably not  Zabi, maybe if i had ikkaku and kieske and rukia, only for events...  maybe if he was cheap.
However, i got him from this event, and i really like him

Here is mine,  i swap out my vang for him for events and probably today for ryoka i am hitting level 105 to the gear on him is not spirit infused (the level 20 thing, whatever)

hold on, you actually gained damage for swapping isshin out? who was your other Assaulter? and how much were you hitting before and after the swap?
