FOR THOSE HAVING PROBLEMS TOPPING UP I FOUND A SOLUTION, USE OFF GAMERS TO DIRECT TOP UP, MAKE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND LINK YOUR CARD TO YOUR PAYPAL AND PRESTO YOUR ABLE TO TOP UP USING PAYPAL LINK TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

Strange. Paypal was removed as a payment option for me from Offgamers. Used it a couple times with no issues, it isn't there anymore.

Very sure. They killed like 80% of the options for me with Offgamers. I am a gold member there too, which is strange. Was going to top up 20k for Oetsu last week, wouldn't let me use paypal.

Literally only have 4 total options now. CashU, Webmoney, One Card, and Wire Transfer.

Credit cards and even western union are gone! haha

Might end up working out for me though, since Thanksgiving event should be the next event.

You might need the account review. I had to give them my real ID, Utility Bill, and the copy of Credit Card i'm using to give the options back.

I already talked to the Shasso people, and had been identified for a while. Seemed like it was more of a regional thing for me. No idea.
