Playing on EU server 7 , was forth 1 hour before event ending and didn't receive any in game mail with reward.

Didn't Receive any either, or at least didn't notice that I had received my rewards, I'm pretty sure I was around number 10 in rank with 11k+ crystals

i'm Cool_Flex, character name Yazawa Yuichi from EU S27
til today's reset, i can't load anymore world map, neither seireitei soul palace, i tried firefox, chrome and then explorer and there's still the same problem,
also i did not receive reward from crystal event where i ended 2nd, neither in mailbox nor in backpack,
could u try to fix it, as it's not due to my computer as any other game, internet pages are loading correctly,
i really feel like i wasted all the money i spent in your game, which is quite a lot......
as it seems to be impossible to post a thread (another bug) i have to reply on different one

Hello

Chinen Asami EU S32. I have just received a mail for the Extreme power captain event(crystal event maybe?) and it says I finshed in 4th position. However just before the event finished I bought some of the gold chests and boosted my score higher that who was in 1st position. Can you please clarify if this is the prize for this event and if so, in the future make sure to leave the event page up after the event finishes so people can check where they finished up.

Event finished calculating your points 10 min before it ends. So if u bought chests in that time it didn't gave u any points.

when you say just before it ended, do you mean at 23:50 or 00.00?

Because crystals stopped counting at 23:50 and not at 00:00. It was in the small print that it stopped counting 10minutes before the end of the event. I know it worked upto that point as i took 10th at 23:49 and just got 10th place reward

If you have not received rewards yet, e-mail [email protected]

I got mine right when it ended, as did everyone on my server. This was an issue on EU servers the first time this event happend. Support managed to fix it, please e-mail them.

At least I can say for sure that ppl in US 48 has not received it, i ended in the top 5 and I would have noticed if i had gotten new spirit stones according to my ranking.

P.D. I have already sent 2 emails to support, one today in the morning, and the other one as soon as the event finished since i was online at the moment and i didnt get any mail with the rewards. Hope they fix it soon.

It comes in the mail system and has a subject line of "Extreme Power Captain Ranking", you may have mistaked it for event rewards or something and paid no attention to it, I almost did as well.

Nop, I didnt, i got my ingame mail pretty clean, plus it ended at midnight so i had no event rewards mails, or soul hunt mail. Even if i had mistaken it and opened it automatically i would have gotten the spirit stones, which i know i havent.

And its the same for several ppl in the server, its been prolly 2 or 3 days since the event finished.

Was notified they was manually distributed. You should have the rewards.

They was suppose to be looking into it, either they found you got the rewards or they haven't distributed them out manually yet. This was a bug in EU though not NA, so I don't know if they checked or not. They don't work on the weekends. Weill find out tomorrow.

Do you know if they looked up into it? Its been several days, they are opening new servers and new events but they havent even fix this bug yet, and theres a lot of ppl still waiting for their rewards.

I reminded them about an hour and a half ago, it's on the list supports giving to the devs to deal with some bugs.

Hi again, sorry to insist, but its been 2 weeks since the event ended, not only I but other people also have sent several emails to support, in the hopes to have any news of when we will be getting our rewards, or at least a replay back from support, and we are still waiting.

I know they are busy handling other bugs, like the achievment ones, and releasing new servers, events, etc. But at least an answer or reply back from them would be great.

So if you could remind them once again that would be great.

I haven't talked to them since last week, and when I see them I'll try to find out. I don't know when that is, all I know is when I last spoke to them, he had it on the list and this thread and was to give it to the devs, I haven't heard from him since.

So..... a lot of people NEVER received the rewards from the first Ultimate BP event, its been like 4 weeks or so, ive wrote like 10 emails to support and i havent even once received a reply that its been looked on and fixed asap, but they got the time to launch new servers and more buggie events. Im vip8 almost so as a paying user I expect at least a reply after so many emails asking nicely whats going on.

Its really annoying that they dont have the time to answer 1 of their customers but expect us to continue spending money in the game.

Anyways i hope they fix it NOW and at least read the emails we send.

PD everythingswrong, i sent you a pm with my info before and we talked about this, hope you can help us out once again, thank you.
