Just wait for lvl 100 and get Gin, neither one of those is worth, and if its a mustbuy I'd save for another swp and get Yoruichi out of the way, at least she can be used in bonds and conquest.

If you can get yoruichi shinigami by all means get her. Shes a badass compared to tavern yoruichi.
