I cannot top up. I made a post about this last night and its annoying the shit out of me.

If I sent you money via Paypal, you could top up for me via Offgamers. Willing to give you like 10% of what I top up as a essentially middleman fee. You need to be a regular member here. Someone that I know somewhat. Looking at 2-300 today.

isnt this dangerous? cant aristeaus or anybody just chargeback off paypal and the good samaritan gets screwed? im not saying thats whats happening here, but i think it should be considered

I'm sorry to say I will not be helping in this situation. It's a personal decision that I don't help handle other people's money on here. However could you please send me a link to your other thread? I'm curious about the details of why you can't top up. I figure I might be able to give you some advice

Okay this happened to me for a while right around the level it's happening for you at "gold member" Check through your emails and there should be one asking you for verification of identity. ie. picture of your card, proof of some of your purchases, and a utility bill with your name on it or something similar.

IF you don't see that email then try responding to the email that told you you couldn't use paypal with them anymore. Any time I've had an issue and I emailed them in response to one of their emails I've got a response back very quickly. Just a couple weeks ago I had a similar issue where they weren't accepting my card, and it turned out that it was actually my bank declining it because they thought it was stolen for no reason lol.

Anyways, best of luck in getting this fixed man

It's offgamers they just randomly cancel your paypal method after a few times. I've emailed them before but you get the same pre made bs answer like everyone.

The only thing he can try to do is to make another account and go through the verify process again, but you probably need another phone for that

Wow really? I've never used paypal with them so I honestly wouldn't know, but every experience I've had with them has been surprisingly helpful. Granted I suppose this guy could always just use his card with them instead of paypal. It's really not that big of a difference from what I know unless you plan to eventually screw them over with chargeback.

wats the difference between using a card and offgamers? i have just been using my card , maybe thats why no probs yet. how does offgamers work, like paypal?

Offgamers has a paypal option. My card doesn't work through gate2shop but worked fine via paypal with Offgamers. Offgamers doesn't even give me a card option anymore. They even took away Wire Transfer and Western Union from me. lol

Which is what confounds me. Did me paying them money piss them off that badly?

Could you imagine a company that does that?

Yeah you almost certainly did something wrong if you got all the options taken away. Either that or they're asking for you to verify your ID again. Because while they were verifying me I had all my options taken away too, it's just a precaution. But definitely send them an email, or go on their support chat system. You shouldn't be here complaining about it and instead should be talking to them to find out what's wrong

I emailed them several times. The response was always a basic "Use one of the options available". Talked to live support several times, they always tell me to wait until it is a option.
