Hello i am VIP 3 and i cant take any VIP rewards ,from thanksgiving event

im vip10 and can take only vip10 award i cant take vip 1 2 3 etc

I have the same problem.
I'm VIP5 and no reward. I really don't know why, but they give reward to all VIp except VIp 3 and VIP5.
No sense event

you can only claim your current vip level boxes (if they exist)

So vip9s can't take any reward? It would suck been all the way to 9, and not get any reward, while 6 and 8 do get rewards, lol.

it isent fair,we also paid money to get to vip 3 and we get 0 , i feal cheated
