1- Sometime the Cool Down Timers Stop
2- When you refresh the page Sometime you could have more 10 min Cool Down
3- When the Cool Down reach 0 and you click the dice you could get 5-10 min Cool Down again (without Moving)

Are you supposed to get a prize, like when you get on step 10 it says you can get that reward, but how do you get it? I'm standing on it, but cant seem to claim it.

A simple refresh will fix the issue when the timer is 0:00. Just refresh to avoid it.

this happened to me as well, and since it's a 12 hour CD, adding extra time is taking away from how many times we can roll

When it hits 0 just to be safe, refresh. Not everyone gets this bug.

same as me but 1 time happend i reach exact # 20 and i didnt get the reward anyone can explain it? and i already check my invtry but nothing there
