I don't know why we don't have Katen Kyokotsu, Minazuki, Gonryomaru and Hisagomaru as zanpakuto (I don't know if there's more) but here are my suggestions.

NOTE: Fortify Bonuses will be added soon. And this took an hour and a half

Katen Kyōkotsu (Hogyoku-Kai)
Reiatsu Bonus: +128%

Attack all enemies (12% of allies attack), and decrease enemies fury by 5 and increases own allies fury by 5.

Vanguard:
HP: 50%
Damage Rate: -40%
Recover Rate: +0%
Avoid Injury Rate: +0%

Assaulter:
Damage Rate: +12%
Speed: +12%

Supporter:
Damage Rate: +18%
Speed: +21%

Minazuki (Hogyoku-Kai)
Reiatsu Bonus: +126%

Attack all enemies (12% of allies attack), decrease all enemies speed by 15% and increase own allies speed by 10%

Vanguard:
HP: +70%
Damage Rate: -10%
Avoid Injury Rate: +40%
Recover Rate: +60%

Assaulter:
Damage Rate: +0%
Speed: +0%

Support:
Damage Rate: +21%
Speed: +24%

Gonryōmaru (Hogyoku-Kai)
Reiatsu Bonus: +124%

Attack enemy assaulters (15% of own allies attack), and decreases enemy assaulters attack by 6% and speed by 8%. Increase own ally assaulters attack by 10% and speed by 14%.

Vanguard:
HP: +45%
Damage Rate: -30%
Avoid Injury Rate: +25%
Recover Rate: +50%

Assaulter:
Damage Rate: +21%
Speed: +18%

Support:
Damage Rate: +0%
Speed: +0%

Hisagomaru (Hogyoku-Kai)
Reiatsu Bonus: +120%

Attack enemy vanguard (16% of allies attack), and decreases enemy vanguards HP by 25%, and increases ally vanguards defense by 15%

Vanguard:
HP: +75%
Damage Rate: +0%
Avoid Injury Rate: +30%
Recover Rate: +50%

Assaulter:
Damage Rate: +12%
Speed: +15%

Support:
Damage Rate: +15%
Speed: +18%

Well I ask because I saw a post recently detailing these exact 3 zanpakuto with from what I recall to be almost the same stats for each lol. Ummm let me see if I can find it in this mess of a forum XD
