So, Achievements are out, but still no Server Clash, i really need that one and i hoepd it will be added in the same time.... seems it isnt...

server clash and merge only for made top up.bec no one isnt losing his rank arena and batlle power and also level.

Main priorities were Achievements and now server merge. I don't think we will be seeing Clash for a few weeks still.

As far as I'm aware, it will be in mid October, and in bunches of 3. So S1-S3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-21, 22-24, 25-27, 28-30 ect
Arena, Seireitei, ect will all be reset. You'll still log in from the same "server" as you do now. There will be a post when it happens explaining everything and the server merger events.
