Don't worry about it right now, it's not in the NA/EU version, only CN version. We won't be seeing it anytime soon. It allows you to upgrade partner stats/skills in depth.author: adventurethis time: 2014-9-28 22:57:32
In a later update you will be able to add Mods to your team..they take time to earn so you cannot get all the bonuses at once...if it says something like +5% crit that means you will be able to add +5% crit to that character once you unlock that particular mod.
