Hi all
How do I beat dodge ?
I`m pretty new to the game and currently in the middle of lvl 30 I seem to be having problem with the dodge skill in my enemy`s tank (it seems pretty OP), I tried to increase speed on my boots but it doesn`t seem to have much effect.
I read online that the way to go is increase Hit Rate but there`s doesn't seem to be a direct way to increase Hit Rate?
So what to do ?

you need to use the skill that increases hit rate

it works
click soul map then soul skills its the 1st skill you get

Ys they are, even though some of these are Devian but it's a heaven of pictures.. like any character you have in mind ( if it's popular enough) you will surely find some good stuff and the other website is probs the best desktop BG website i can find
