I have topped up 10 minutes ago 50 + 50 dollars one after another. Ussualy I get gold right away, but I didnt get it now and I need to make it as soon as possible, because event is ending in 4 hours.. Money left my account so there must be some problem on your end. Hopefuly someone is online now and can solve this because there is no meaning to it if I cant get the event rewards.. Also the online support button is not working.
