counter stones reduce the chance of your partners taking crit damage. so just as ^ said.
all your partners will need them, more so since all partners now a days attack all

focus on ur best assaulters or support then go for the tank cuz yea the tank is there to soak up damage?

give your tank first because you need enemies not to crit your vg for easy fury

Not always if u are using senbon/hyorin/tensa u can go dps tank
