It says the same thing on the CN servers. I don't think they honestly care what it says. Maybe they actually believe those items to be worth that much, I don't know. CN is same way with same text.

I would say its a bug and it should be fixed. Lol think about rich ppl topping up just to get 18k gold. You might know its a bug every single one might not.

from what i see it says to accumulate 10k to receive 18k gold, so i dunno how is it still there when ppl are keen in finding bugs and getting them fixed and compensation blah blah
