Shin Tosh is only good for Ultima Aizen bond
Bar Gin is beter that Shin Tosh

but if you enemy will use some fury loader, Shin Tosh skill will dont help you, you know that?
becouse when asa have fury to use skill 100 or more dissarm dont work

only use i see for shin toshiro is to upgrade him and only use him for aizen bonds when i get that far.

if you thos 2 you never will use Tosh...
and i have hiki user enemy in CSB, even 1 of them is faster that me and i win, not all the time but win
Hiki dont give you 100% win ratio

dont bother with nel, even tavern partners are better
