I just cleared it, for the moment this is what I can tell you about it: you choose an opponent (you have two daily chance, at least I got two), you fight him and if you win you gain a lot of experience (around 7,5M if you win against harribel) and coupons (35 and 25 for me)
On what server are you playing? Because it is different for me on eu. For harribel I get 21,3 mil xp (I am lvl 138), aizen would give me over 30 mil but I cant beat him with that speed, fury deduct skill and def they have But it is highly possible that it has some base value when you access it at those lvls and then the xp raises accordingly to your lvl because 10 mil xp isnt that much at lvl over 130.
