yes i reseted my hikis mods 3 times each gave me 10 fragments

for event partners it 5 a day
during accelerate modify event you get twice as many so 10 a day X as many times as you reset 3 resets depending on your vip

sometimes its best to hover your mouse over them before the fight starts so you can see their skills and adjust accordingly if oyu cant kill them right away

btw i have a question, when you get a tier 11 hogu and it isnt the one you want, how many hogu convert talismans do you need to use to change it?
