I believe the problem is similar to that of the HMA bug. I didn't get it neither. But on other accounts, even on same server I did. So my theory is that I didn't get it because I was online when the events resetted. That's why I didn't get it and most likely you guys also didn't get it. My other accounts that weren't online all got it, no problem, but my main account which was online at the moment of reset didn't.
