your better off doing it during anniversary since you can buy stones you need and what not
although when i got my senbon i had joint task and anniversary combined
so i was able to get him by topping up and using gold in anniversary along with unohana as an extra during the duration of the events

lol hope it'll be good and cheap as kirinji and give little top uppers a chance

they really need to cater more to the low top uppers they would gain more money especially if the top spenders buy it as well

coulda used hyorin but senbon gives defence buff, 70% hp bonus and 25% damage immune
so thats why lol.
coulda used muramasa and whatnot but senbon gave tsi more dmg output incase things got awry =P
my normal pvp formation uses muramasa in 3-1-1
