uh i cant see my event bar so yeah. i see novice soulhunt and everything but i cant see whats under it how do i fix? i tried to delete cache and restart my internet it didnt work also tried a different browser is my account fucked?

top right of your hud there will be a + click it. that might fox your problem

yeah, i can see the plus but it only shows me 1 line instead of two xD heres a picture

Another player had the same problem and he restarted his router and cleared cache a few times, which worked for him. I also heard that some players had that problem on Chrome. Are you using Chrome as well?

it doesnt work on all browsers and all accounts, i do use chrome i updated my flash reinstalled chrome cleared my cache 5x and restarted my internet above 3 times nothing helped

Well some weird thing happened when cleared cache flushed dns and restarted my internet and also my DNS settings are back in normal my event bar is up on Firefox and cant see it on Chrome GG

I also have the same issue... already have:
1. Refresh/Clear Cache/Clear Cookies several times
2. Update Java/Firefox
3. Tried Chrome, IE, Zafari, Opera, Mobile Explorers, etc
Still no event bar, also i'm having troubles at loading battle displays at Alliance Battles Campaign/Blood, Reiatsu interface and some boss battles (Not events) it freezes everytime and i need to refresh thus getting waay behind. Everything else seem to be ok.
Hope i get some answers.

This issue is user side guys, it can be 100 different things, try doing as the one person suggested and flushing DNS and rebooting routers.

I can't tell you how to fix it as each persons computer is different. It can be anything from browser issues, to cache issues, to just anything on the computer.

how is it our fault i tried it on other computers in my house i tried rebooting and noting helps they should try and work on that or atleast make an announcement that they know about the problem and what to do about it in other games they would fix it after a day or 2 or say something about how to fix or soemthing here noting

Hi there.. I've tried all the possible solutions mentioned.. Tried all different browsers, even tried on different computers..
I still don't have my events bar and its been 3 days now if not more.. I'm a Vip 4, so expected SOME help atleast but i see that support doesnt give a fuck abt probs..
And sure as hell its NOT a user side problem!!!
Nothing personal, but i'd just like to pass the msg to the support team or whichever crap team that takes care of issues!

I've had this problem from the start of the event... I don't even know if I will be able to claim my rebate for buying gold the 1st day.   When I did see the events bar up by total chance, I got Toshiro and the next day it was up ONCE only and till this moment I still haven't seen it up again.

I tried with Firefox, Chrome and IE.   All three I used normal and in-private browsing.   I cleared the cache and ticked all the options possible for stuff to delete on each browser.   I flushed my DNS in between each attempt.   I made sure everything is updated such as flash.   I used 3 different modems on 2 different computers.   2 pc x 3 browsers x 2 browsing ways = 12 different scenarios if you do not count doing this on 3 different modems.

So many people are having this problem since this event started.   I don't think this is a user side problem since I haven't had problems with events since I started playing.

Yep this isnt users fault this is more about support team (if we have any ) i dont have this problem but i have some others and i ask once if we have mainteinance because that help to fix most of this problems after mainteinance once per week or at least every 15 days, and still no answer so i guess we dont have mainteinance at all so i need to clear cache every 2 day and that sux .

and yea i think this game support team is the worst i seen so far...

It's weekday now. And still no replies. Having same issues. Explorer, Fox, Chrome. None of it works. One evening all's fine, next all's gone to shit.

VIP 8 on server 32
VIP 6 on server 34

And no replies or solutions. Can't take part in events, which sucks as the Library of Ultimate Equipment is up, can't claim gold freebies after a top up. Can't do diddly shit.

Until issue is resolved, I can't and won't be buying gold. Get to work boys. I enjoy your game but there are others. And if your advice is to try clearing cache "which i have" or a different browser or any other excuse mentioned till now which we all have tried so far, then i'd like you to take that solution and stick where the sun don't shine.

I talked to support this morning, they said they logged on some people's accounts and everything was fine (people claiming this issue) which means it is user side somewhere as I said. I do not know how to fix it. It is a browser issue, as I already stated and as people above have confirmed (it working with other browsers and not for some)

No there is none, and the only time there is scheduled one, is for server emergencies.

Since support is determined to tell their clients that the fault lies with them, could you please set a list of things that support recommend we attempt in order to get this problem resolved.

Everything suggested to fix these issues is in the pinned thread, those are from them and from me and other users to try to fix these issues.

If that doesn't work then I don't know, if this was effecting EVERYONE, then we would know it's server side, but it's not, it's only a few people, so pin pointing what causes it exactly is hard to do.

Sakai, can you ask whoever receives the support email to reply to their emails.   I sent emails with 2 days open in between with no reply to either.   That's really bad service, the kind that causes people to spend their money elsewhere.

install hotspot shield and run. connect vpn then open game and login.

Still sucks that we have to resort to these methods just to see events...

Note for admin : issue arise related to ip address however not sure where is the problem. All i know is some ip cannot see the event bar.

seems to be my problem as well and is getting frustrating. Two days without the events bar is driving me nuts. What i don't get is, is why did it go from working perfectly from the one day to the next. Was it a change affected by the boys up top?

i'm not much of a pc whizz so i've got a few questions. Been paying attention to last few post but have no idea as to what VPN stands for. "I reckon that may be cause us boys here in Africa may use a different term for VPN "

and second question. i know how ta clear cache, but what does dns stand for? and how does one flush it. also something that must be downloaded?

VPN = virtual private network
DNS = dynamic name system

VPN will basically let it seem like you log in form a different part of the world or you can use it to just hide your IP.

DNS is more like a process if you will.   When you connect to gogames.me you aren't connecting to gogames.me but rather their IP address.   DNS is the process or service of linking there names to their corresponding IP addresses.   I don't know if this explanation is very clear as it can be quite difficult to explain :/

I am from down south in Africa so it might very well be that you are onto something here with regards to certain parts being affected by the 'no events bar' problem...

Nevermind, they are working on a fix for this to see if they can figure out what causes this for users.
