what are the frag amts needed to upgrade him?

To create the pet it costs 60fragments (unless you get it for free if you topup 8k accumulative/day)

Lvl 0-30 = 20frags
Lvl 30-50 = 20frags
Lvl 50-80 = 200frags
Lvl 80-100 = ?? (either 400 or 600, not sure)

um i just upgraded at 30, took 40 frags... anyone know if its 200 at lv50 upgrade?

I believe this is everything up to level 120
