If you can grab him but a cheap solution would be using fury gen partners. I ran with Isshin, sexy, cute, and VG Noza for a long time. Best cost pve team if you can get them very cheap .

I'd really like cute for the block and just try to make it heavy on assault line buffing. At the moment using 3.2 with shini kensei, main, ikkaku, rukia t1 (with her t1 kensei) and kirinji. I rented cute and that 30% extra block was niceeee

Why would they cap level like that when 1st division for Seireitei palace is 175?
