First of all, how is winning a fight against someone with 500k bp more than him not something to be proud of? He had a better strategy than his opponent and won because of that.
Secondly, what makes you think the other guy isn't a VIP player as well? There's plenty of VIP's without event partners. Hell, if this was in HMA then the opponent could have been an old player. Wis was a high VIP player from a long time ago, and he had no event partners in his team. Don't simply assume the other guy was a free player.

Lastly I just want to point out that you sound resentful over the fact that gold gives an advantage. Well guess what, that's why it costs real life money. Because it gives an advantage. Remember, the people that made this game made it to earn money. Free players help with that by helping to fill out the servers, so yes they do contribute to it. But remember that no one would be able to keep playing if there weren't VIP players around constantly spending as well.

well he does have a point though ... because you have spenders and you have HUGEEE spenders... on 1 of my servers everytime i pass my nemesis, he/she just dumps a whole lot of $$$$ and passes me again in arena..... Dont get me wrong i am vip 8 on this acc , but if vip would go higher than vip 10 , this person would be vip 20. But i geuss spending is also a strategy in a way ...lolzzz

Ooohhh very nice. Congrats on that win then! And yeah, that big a difference in stones is hard to overcome haha. If it was someone with an attack all I'd say you should merge your stones but kirnji's not reliable enough to bank it all on him so I understand where you're at with it.

I tried, even with muramasa, but your speed is misleading, lol.  Yet again, I rely on kisuke, so not much I could've done there.  

I used to match your speed before, I think I was slightly faster but I kinda gave up on pvp and speed, and focused only on pve.

Believe me, I know where you're coming from. It happens to me a lot, it's even famous on the forums lmfao. But I've never minded it. It's simply 1. how the game works and 2. a form of strategy. If you're willing to fork over the money and know what to spend it on then it's a valid way of being better than other people. So for people to complain about it as much as they do irritates me. I'm only ever the top on my server for maybe a couple weeks at a time at best. Then I usually go through months of being number 2 because of the spending difference. But it's all just part of the game. I spend those months figuring out how to win again for the least amount of money lol.

Ill be honest, im happy the guy won against a stronger opponent, but on the same token doesn't this kinda show just how insane Hikifune is as a partner?  I get she isn't cheap, and ive no issue with folks paying to win givin IVE been doing just that, but everything she adds plus her amazing speed really slaps her in a league of her own, or so it feels at time.

Heck im at 6k gold, and may grab her now with turnable, I mean id need what..just 100 more and rebate+wheel outta do the rest?

Cause the other guy relied on kisuke, that's the problem.  When you rely on kisuke on T1, you can only get so far in speed, it greatly diminishes your speed.

Kinda sad having a hikifune, and relying on kisuke to T1 her.

Very much threats indeed.  I was surprised you were able to keep up with that Fury guy last CSB.  He's 1st in his own server, yet you managed to keep up.  

By the way, if I may ask, how's kirinji in pve?  If u use him there that is.

You really don't want to be on my server lol. PvE is miserable. ES lasts around 3 minutes total and we hit wave 70 in ryoka about 20 minutes in XD

so not only can you not T1 but you also cannot attack to gain fury back.
your opponent basically gets to have all their partners skill on you before  you can damage them

oh damn that guy is a pretty good spender. m just barely vip 6. if i was in US or some other country i would have probably hit vip 7+ by now.
And my kiri and kenny are the real damage doers in pve so he's pretty cool both are above 220k+ att plus that growth rate on both helps out. m glad i made that choice of kiri over tavern rukia in pve. till now my tavern ken was my power house for all the HMA's.

I do rely on kisuke to get me to be able to use hiki the way I want but that is only because I dont have enough fury stones to get hiki T1 on her own. I could be so much better in pvp if I could get her T1 on her own cause right now im holding her speed back for kisuke

I see...the real issue is I don't even have kisukes last mod, let alone the stones to raw t1 someone ( 30 or so I got)

So bleh, is it worth getting her now?  Doesnt feel it if I cant t1 her, just tired of losing to much weaker people because Hiki seems...outright better than everything/everyone else in the current game lol.

It's kinda same.  Both of them you need T!.  You need hikiT1 to use her right.  I'd say go for hikifune.  Though right now not sure if it's the cheapest.  Then use kisuke to T1 rest of team.  

As for shinso, I'd consider getting him in ult hero gallery, he'll be free there, if you got the partners.  The only partner that might give you trouble is Ryummon ikkaku as you need 300 comrade contracts to get him, though with time and if you got shini agent, you could get him free.

Yea im considering if I wanna wait for a different event with Hikifune, aka ones with better rewards for spending, or if Ima just do it now, and save my 6k gold for when that good incentive to spend comes along.

I mean even if shes generally 12k, I feel like the payout for spending during these events is piss >.>;

Well 200% isn't bad, but currently I think I"mma stick with my shini uruhara.  Though it's only 170%, I get to skill next turn if he or kisuke crits.

Get a time machine and return to xmas events, lol.  People underestimated that event.  Not only were the partners a lot cheaper, Hiki 6k-8k, but also you got level 9 stones.  But that's in the past, and nobody has a time machine.

To be fair I DID do the sleigh thing, I just chose beserk renji to become a pve god, as Im still kinda new to this game, and didn't see myself needing hiki yet.

I got plenty of level 9 stones etc, and now im deciding if its worth it to get hiki now, or just be patient and wait for better events to line up, so even if shes 12k ill actually get MORE than just her for spending.

Well that's a smart choice.  Can't go wrong with b.renji.

Well hiki's mods are going now, so hiki was a critical choice to have now.  Also I've noticed hiki could be extremely useful for exp. instance against enemies when you got no buffs, thanks to her attack buff for 1 round.  That buff could make exp.instance a lot easier.  

Well for her accel mods now she's very well worth it.  I don't think we'll get another accel modify mods for her anytime soon.

It's just as mentioned, the speed of that kirinji, that's what called my attention, plus been an SSS partner I'd expect his pve to be somewhat respectable, but as you mention, he's very good there.  Was gonna use him there to level him up.

Though unlike you I can't T1 him now , so if I use him for pvp I'd have to rely on kisuke for him.

I get the mods thing can be nice, but since I dont actually cash that often, do you think it would be smarter to wait for an event that better rewards spending, as in maybe getting stones etc, cause the turntable while SHOWING lvl 10 stone boxes, im willing to bet I wouldnt get many, if a single one

i forgot that events name where you spend certain amount for one and get two instead the next day. that would be good to get her i believe

But you could probably with luck get some mod frags there, though I wouldn't count with much luck there.  Yeah getting stones would be better if you gonna get her.  

It's all about how much you got to spend.  

Perhaps in future another event with her gonna appear where you can get her, maybe in anniversary perhaps or another event.  Though sadly her accel mod frags won't be there.

yea my thought process was since I can't t1 her yet anyway....I really should just be patient and wait for an event were, as a newer account i can get WAY more rewards, as thatll help in boosting me into the ranks of a non-pleb

But maybe im wrong and the mod thing is way more important.

Yea I get the mod frags are nice, and I don't even mind paying 12k for her overall, I just feel like that other than these mod shards, ima get next to nothing for the $200 id spent for hiki.  I get modding in the END can mean some amazing power, but as a newer account, stones etc feel more important now, and these events give me none of those extra rewards that could push my pleb account further, well unless RNjesus smiles upon me, but he never does.

Hmm just realized if I spent the $100, I can get another 4k hero from ultra.....

So very true.  By the way if I may ask again, does kirnji's skill help you for exp instance?  The 110 is too tough, so I wouldn't know if chaos works there or if kirnji's burn is effective there.

Eh after much deliberation Ima hold off on Hiki, seeing as im to weak to even get kirinjis shards/SS char shards through the dojo, the the modify event does me little to zero good.

She will come again, likely worth 12k gold, and ill just hold onto my 6k till than.




Still think shes a tad OP at times >.>

I can do it only with buffs on me and debuffs on enemy other than that, my dmg just goes 2s,3s,
