depends on whether we are talking pve or pvp. For pvp I'd say they are better options but in pve I still consider him an essential addition to any pve team

Hikifune, B.Renji, Oetsu, Shini Kensei are all better than Isshin and around the same price

best 3 , here we go :
Hikifune because : she is a red partner , her growth rates are good in terms of a good supporter , skill abilty is to attack on attackers and supporters : reduce fury of opponents , give invincibilty to own team . Hell yeah , what more do you want . or if you are more pve oriented than take berserk renji he worth every penny !! or you can just ruken ishida , he can dodge everything lol!!

if the thread about level 100 skills is true. i would get isshin. he is said to have 250% growth , 50 combo and like 50% atk rate or something like that. but that's not true as of yet. if i where you. i would hold onto the gold. and wait untill the implement to new system, so we can know for sure if its true or not.
