People will spend 200 hours playing a game and then whine about not having the money that could be earned in 10 hours by basically anyone at a very low wage job. So I support your post.

Perhaps they do have the money but for some reason maybe they cant top up, country region for example, lack of debit/credit card, etc.

Happened to somebody who used to play on m y server. Used a certain type of gamecards to top up but when they removed that option, that person just got mad and quit the game, because could no longer top up. I suppose many others suffer from this.
