So I have topped up no problem many times in the past.  I did so the past two days for Reio.  Today, I went to do the same thing and top up $5 and I get this message on OffGamers: "Invalid Top-Up Info"

Any ideas?

All of my information is already saved in the fields from every other time I've done it.  I haven't changed anything.  I tried re-typing it, doesn't help.  Tried changing server and then back and didn't help.

I still have this issue, so I guess GoGames won't get another penny from me until they fix it   I've saved $15 already from 3 reio days, lol.

Yeah its happening to me too I hope they fix it, and I didn't change my characters name either

I tried talking to customer support earlier and the guy basically told me it was just my computer because no one else was complaining about it.  Finally he told me to email their support to ask for help but so far they've done nothing either.

I'd suggest you contact their support as well or they prob will never fix it.

I contacted their support, Top-Up's are working again.  They upgraded their systems so that what made the problems.  I tested to make sure it is working.  So have fun spending.

I talked to their support a few days back and the guy I spoke to basically said I was to blame because their system worked perfect.  Clearly he wasn't aware of his own companies upgrades...

I've been having this problem too and I just bought them yesterday and it isn't working for me at all.

Contact THEIR support. You might have to verify stuff and whatnot

You think they know what they are doing over there?

Probably half of them are snorting cocaine from all the free money we give to them.
